The role... We are seeking an exceptional Conference & Banqueting Assistant to support the C&B team on functions and events around the hotel. As a Conference & Banqueting Assistant you will be required to assist with room set up and food & beverage service throughout the event including corporate, weddings and private functions. Previous experience within an operational events role would be desirable, although full training will be given.
