The role... We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Manager to join the team. As Reception Manager, you will be required to ensure every guest receives the ultimate in customer service. You will be an effective communicator, experienced in complaint handling, a true motivator of people and fully experienced in all aspects of Front Office including collating guest feedback, billing and revenue posting. A minimum of 3 years' Front Office experience is required at Supervisory level or higher, together with full knowledge of OPERA.
