We are seeking a commercially focused and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant and bar operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and profitability. This hands-on leadership role requires strong food and beverage knowledge, experience in a quality-led hotel or restaurant environment, and a proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and develop high-performing teams. You will be passionate about service excellence, commercially astute, and confident in motivating and coaching your team to consistently exceed standards.

The role offers a competitive salary, participation in a performance-based bonus scheme, and Tronc in addition to salary.
