The role…As Operations Manager, you will act as a key strategic leader within the hotel, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and outstanding guest experiences. You will provide visible, inspirational leadership across all departments, ensuring performance targets are consistently met and exceeded, while fostering a positive, high-performing culture as a true people champion. This role plays a pivotal part in every aspect of the hotel’s operation that contributes to both commercial success and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will provide day-to-day operational support and deputise in their absence, ensuring continuity, standards, and decision-making at all times. The successful candidate will be genuinely passionate about hospitality, highly detail-oriented, and confident in leading teams within a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a luxury or premium hospitality setting is desirable, along with strong operational, leadership, and communication skills.
