We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Supervisor to join the team across our 2 sites. As Reception Supervisor you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile.
You will need to be an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years in a hotel reception role and ideally be trained in the use of OPERA & Rezlynx, although full training will be given. You will also need to have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
Bristol Harbour Hotel is an elegant 19th-century property with an inspirational façade sits loud and proud in the middle of Bristol's historic Corn Street, occupying the city's former Lloyds and Midland Bank locations. We have 42 bedrooms, and a relaxing subterranean HarSPA hidden in the former vault, Harbour Kitchen Restaurant, along with our speakeasy-inspired Gold Bar, where we serve the city's finest cocktails, housed in the former bank manager's office.
