The Role
As Bar Manager at The Jetty, you will take full responsibility for the smooth running of our busy and high-profile bar operation. Working closely with the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, you will lead the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximising sales and maintaining cost controls.
Your priorities will include :
- Inspiring, training, and motivating your team to deliver world-class cocktail, wine, and bar service
- Driving sales through innovative drinks offerings, upselling opportunities, and outstanding guest engagement
- Managing stock and costs effectively to protect profitability
- Supporting the continued growth and evolution of the bar, contributing new ideas to keep our offering fresh and exciting
We are looking for someone with :
- A minimum of 2 years\β bar management experience, ideally within a high-end restaurant, cocktail bar, or luxury hotel
- A passion for hospitality, mixology, and guest experience, with the ability to lead by example
- Strong spirits, cocktails, and wine knowledge β WSET qualification would be an advantage
