We are looking for a passionate, hands-on and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Harbour Hotel Sidmouth. This opportunity is available on an hourly rate or on a full-time contract of 40 hours per week. The working week will consist of a mixture of morning and evening shifts to include weekends and bank holidays.

Helping to oversee our Food and Beverage crew, you will use your excellent food & wine knowledge to train, motivate & develop the team and deliver exceptional experiences to both guests and crew. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business forward is essential. We are looking for that special someone who can inspire their team to achieve great things and be excited to come to work!
