You will be NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualified, with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training being a strong advantage as you support the Spa Manager to maintain high standards.
You will lead a small team, perform a range of treatments including massage, and engage clients with personalised consultations while optimising diary management and driving revenue.
