The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Concierge who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage therefore physical fitness is essential.

Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as fully training will be given. Only those over the age of 21 can be considered for this role due to insurance purposes. A full UK driving license is required.
