We are on the look out for a friendly, outgoing and dedicated person to join the Central Reservations team, who prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service, and exceeding customer expectations.

Who we are... Harbour Hotels is one of the UK's leading lifestyle hotel groups. Our luxury portfolio spans sensational coastal, country and city properties with a variety of exciting restaurant concepts and our unique HarSPA brand across many of our sites.

Based in Purewell, Christchurch, Harbour House is the central support office to the venues and includes departments such as Central Reservations, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, People and the Executive Team.

About the Role... Based at Harbour House, Head Office of Harbour Hotels Christchurch, the role will involve taking and managing both bedroom and restaurant reservations for all 14 hotels within the group in a fast paced environment, where attention to detail is key. We are the heart of the central operations, managing a high volume of communication to support all of our properties, Monday to Friday.

Full time - 40 hours per week
Straight Shifts - Monday to Friday (Latest finish 7pm)
Office based role

Skills & attributes...

  • Excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Good verbal and written skills, providing a friendly yet professional tone
  • Ability to multi task, dealing with constant incoming calls whilst responding to emails.
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS
  • Experience in the customer service industry, having a natural flair and passion for sales
  • Previous hotel reservation or call centre experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given
