Accounts Payable Specialist

Harbour Hotels are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team at Harbour House – Head Office.

The role

Sitting within the Head Office Finance Team, you will be given the responsibility to own the purchase ledger for a selection of our hotels and will need to work efficiently and methodically to ensure accurate information is entered into the system (Sage 200). This role will include receiving invoices, matching to POs where appropriate, seeking invoice approval and posting the ledger to ensure payments are made to terms. Previous experience working in a high volume purchase ledger team is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the purchase ledger for a selection of Harbour Hotels.
• Receive invoices and, where appropriate, match to purchase orders.
• Seek invoice approval and post the ledger to ensure payments are made to terms.
• Work efficiently and methodically to ensure accurate information is entered into the system (Sage 200).
• Operate as part of a high-volume purchase ledger team with relevant experience.
