We are seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at St Ives Harbour Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences within a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment.

Responsibilities

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring service runs seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards. You will bring at least one year of restaurant experience, ideally with supervisory exposure, and demonstrate excellent communication skills alongside a genuine passion for service excellence. Your ability to lead by example, motivate the team, and create memorable dining experiences will be essential to your success in this role.
