We are looking for the right junior sous to help us achieve this. Situated in the vibrant Ocean Village Marina, our kitchen team has a reputation for culinary excellence with fresh, local seafood for almost a decade, led by Alex Aitken who you will be working alongside. As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the senior kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You'll be hands-on with food preparation, help lead a section of the kitchen, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
