The role... We are seeking an exceptional Conference Banqueting Assistant to support the C B team on functions and events around the hotel. As a Conference Banqueting Assistant you will be required to assist with room set up and food beverage service throughout the event including corporate, weddings and private functions. Previous experience within an operational events role would be desirable, although full training will be given.
