We are on the hunt in Warrington for our next amazing Housekeeping Assistant. Our team members are the superheroes of the business, supporting our residents and providing peace of mind to families that their loved ones are in the best of care. You do not need prior experience or qualifications; we are happy to train you to become part of our superhero team.
Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in residents’ homes and communal living spaces to ensure they are spotlessly clean and well presented.
- Handle housekeeping duties including keeping linen clean for residents’ comfort and hygiene.
- Monitor for potential fire and accident risks and work with other teams to reduce risks to resident safety.
- Support residents with activities that contribute to health and wellbeing as part of a wide range of interests (arts and crafts, sports, drama, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions).
- No previous experience required; full training and support provided, including potential qualification in health and social care.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation; caring attitude toward residents.
