Rate: £15 per hour

Location: The Carriage Dr, Hadfield, Glossop SK13 1PJ

Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader or Senior Care Assistant for our care home in Glossop. The role involves supporting residents and leading a care team during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents.
- Support residents in daily activities and special interests such as arts, crafts, gardening, shopping trips and social events.
- Guide and motivate a small staff team in night shift operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care plans and observations.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the shift.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Living experience in care or willingness to obtain a health and social care qualification.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication and team‑working skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (Children and Adults).
