As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person‑centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike.

About You
We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role.
- Holds a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification.
- Has experience managing a 40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia care home.
- Has a strong clinical and operational background.
- Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services.
- Has excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
- Is a confident people leader who motivates and develops teams.
- Leads with warmth, integrity and professionalism.
