What You’ll Be Doing
- Assess, plan and deliver outstanding nursing care
- Develop and review person-centred care plans
- Safely administer and record medication (in line with NMC guidelines)
- Support and mentor care team colleagues
- Work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Complete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date
