What You’ll Be Doing
Assess, plan and deliver outstanding nursing care
Develop and review person-centred care plans
Safely administer and record medication (in line with NMC guidelines)
⚕️ Support and mentor care team colleagues
Work closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Complete mandatory training and stay professionally up to date
You’ll practice with integrity, safeguarding residents and promoting dignity at all times.
