Base Pay Range: Registered Care Home Manager - Preferred Nurse Regency Hall Care Home, The Carriage Dr, Glossop SK13 1PJ. 66‑bed residential home that will provide nursing care as part of the home’s strategic growth. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.

You will use your expertise to lead and support your team, delivering the highest standards of care for our residents. With substantial relevant experience and outstanding people‑management skills, you will build effective relationships with your team, residents, their relatives and the local community.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a qualified Home Manager who has managed a minimum of a 60‑bedded home specializing in dementia and general nursing.
- Experience leading and managing teams within a person‑centred care environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, a minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Manager, and evidence of CQC compliance with a published rating of good in the last 3 years.
