Job Purpose: The Regional Support Manager will support any home within the region and travel flexibly as required. They will report to the Regional Manager. The role involves working closely with the Regional Manager and each home’s management team to ensure action plans are completed, improvements are implemented, and quality standards enhanced. Primary responsibility is to help the region achieve a “minimum” good CQC outcome in all homes, championing quality throughout. They will support homes to meet financial budgets and manage operational issues. This is a hands‑on role requiring practical operational support to homes when needed. The Regional Support Manager will manage or support homes where the Manager is absent due to vacancy, leave, or sickness. They will support new Managers and those experiencing operational challenges. In the absence of a Regional Manager, they may deputise for that role.
