Admin Assistant at Belle Vue Care Home - Paignton - TQ4 6ER

Part Time: £12.68 per hour, 15 hrs per week, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a point of contact and welcoming visitors, clients, and contractors to the building, both over the phone and in person.
  • Answering the phone and taking messages.
  • Organising filing system and archiving.
  • If required, performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ordering new office equipment, such as stationery, printer refills, or uniforms and badges.
