About The Role
As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision.
You will inspire your team to deliver person-centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike.
You will use your clinical and operational expertise to
- Lead and develop a high-performing care team

About You
We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who
- Has a minimum of 2 years experience in a management role
- Holds a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
- Has experience managing a 40+ bedded Nursing and Dementia care home
- Has a strong clinical and operational background
- Has experience commissioning or supporting newly opened services
- Has excellent knowledge of CQC regulations
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding care
- Is a confident people leader who motivates and develops teams
- Leads with warmth, integrity and professionalism
