Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, feeding and toileting.
- Assist with daily activities that promote health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, drama, music, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
- Help residents participate in sports and other recreational activities, including watching football matches.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, ensuring every resident feels valued and understood.
- Collaborate with the care team to document care plans and report any changes in residents’ condition.

Qualifications & Requirements
