Overview
Our Care teams are the superheroes of the business, supporting our residents and providing peace of mind to families that their loved ones are in the best of care. You will be working directly with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Enablement workers daily to achieve resident outcomes and work collaboratively with NHS professionals as part of a partnership working.
Responsibilities
The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include support with personal care needs, and help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
