The role involves day-to-day fabric maintenance, safety checks and emergency on-call duties. You will ensure legal documents are completed and maintain the Care Centre in a safe, functional state.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, paying £13 per hour. On-site responsibilities include gardening, asset upkeep, fire safety tests and liaison with the Home Manager.
