£26 per hour - 36 hours per week

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess all aspects of client's care needs.
  • Provide health supervision and direct nursing care.
  • Maintain ongoing assessments.
  • Ensure care plans are completed in conjunction with clients, relatives, and other professionals.
  • Administer prescribed medicines.
  • Practice integrity.
  • Supervise staff.
