Care Assistant (Nights) β Harbour Healthcare
Location: Clement Court Care Home, High Lane, Stoke-On-Trent ST6 6JN
Harbour Healthcare is looking for Care Assistants to join our night shift teams. We are an equal opportunity employer, and we celebrate diversity. We are looking for people who care about residents, with or without prior experience or qualifications. We provide training and support to help you grow in your role.
Base pay range
Salary is provided by Harbour Healthcare and will be based on skills and experience. Speak with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care needs as part of a flexible care team.
- Assist residents to participate in a range of activities that support health and wellbeing (arts, drama, gardening, shopping trips, social occasions, etc.).
- Provide peace of mind to families by ensuring residents receive compassionate, dignified care.
- Adapt to a varied workload where no two days are the same and contribute as part of the team.
Qualifications and requirements
- No prior experience or formal qualifications required; training and support will be provided.
- Enhanced DBS check is required for children and adults.
