We are looking for enthusiastic care assistants to join our team in Crewe. The role does not require previous experience or qualifications; we provide comprehensive training and support for your development.

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with personal care needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
  • Assist residents in participating in a range of activities: arts and crafts, gardening, shopping trips, football viewing, drama, musical evenings, and social occasions
  • Encourage and facilitate residents' health and wellbeing by engaging them in appropriate activities and support
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care
