Harbour Healthcare is seeking an experienced and organised Care Home Administrator to join our friendly team at Brockwell Court Care Home in Consett. Key Responsibilities
- Processing payroll information using the Careblox system.
- Maintaining accurate employee and resident records, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Monitoring and updating compliance systems, including NMDS and training platforms.
- Supporting recruitment activities, including application processing, pre-employment checks, onboarding, and training administration.
- Managing filing systems and maintaining confidential records.
- Answering telephone enquiries and liaising with residents, relatives, professionals, and external agencies.
- Taking accurate minutes at meetings.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, letters, and emails.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Home Manager and wider management team.
