An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Clinical Home Manager to join an established family-run, Nursing & Residential Care provider, who provide a full range of care services for residents across 41 care homes in England and Wales.

You will use your considerable expertise to develop and sustain the Home, actively leading and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of care for our residents. With substantial relevant experience and outstanding people management skills, you will have the ability to build effective relationships with your team, residents, their relatives, and the local community.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a 60-bed+ home with a focus on Dementia care and General Nursing within a Person-centered Care environment.
- Develop and sustain the Home, supporting and guiding the team to deliver high-quality care.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, relatives, and the local community.
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care in line with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Qualified Home Manager with experience managing a minimum of a 60-bed home specializing in Dementia and General Nursing.
- Experience in leading and managing teams within a Person-centered Care environment.
- Strong Clinical Operational background with a minimum of 3 years as a Home Manager.
- Evidence of CQC compliance rated good in the last 3 years.
- Level 5 in Leadership Management.
