We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Activities/Lifestyle Coordinator to help create enjoyable activities for our residents, including those living with Dementia. If you love connecting with people and making a positive difference, this could be the perfect role for you.
A Typical Day Might Include
- Run arts, crafts, music or reminiscence sessions
- Organise themed celebrations and special events
- Help arrange trips into the local community
- Book entertainers or activity providers
- Encourage residents to join activities and socialise
- Keep simple records of participation and preferences
Your creativity will help turn ordinary moments into memorable experiences.
No Experience? No Problem
You don’t need previous care experience to join Harbour Healthcare. Full training and support will be provided. This role is ideal for someone with experience in:
- Hospitality or customer service
- Retail
- Childcare or education
- Community work or volunteering
- Events, arts or creative activities
