Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care support to residents, respecting their dignity and privacy.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks and general wellbeing.
  • Help residents participate in activities that support their health and wellbeing, such as arts and crafts, drama, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions.
  • Support residents with special interests and help organise and facilitate entertainment and community events.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Relevant health and social care qualifications are desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Enhanced DBS check for both children and adults is required.
