Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Home Manager to join an established family-run Nursing & Residential Care provider, who operate across 42 care homes in England and Wales. Our philosophy is to provide an excellent standard of care to our residents, treating them with complete dignity and respect. Our homes are decorated to a high standard with excellent facilities, and we aim to create a homely environment. We seek staff with a caring, serving ethos who engage with residents, relatives, and health professionals.
Responsibilities:
- You will use your considerable expertise to develop and sustain the Home, actively leading and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of care for residents.
- Lead and support the team to build effective relationships with residents, relatives, and the local community.
- Manage a Home in a Person-centered Care environment with a focus on high-quality care standards.
About you / Qualifications:
- Qualified Home Manager with experience in managing a minimum of a 60 bedded home specializing in Dementia and General Nursing.
- Experience in leading and managing teams within a Person-centered Care environment.
- Strong operational background with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Home Manager.
- Ability to evidence CQC compliance published as good in the last 3 years.
- Level 5 in Leadership Management.
- Experienced in caring for older people; confident in knowledge of CQC regulations.
