The Head Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all resident rooms and shared areas. You will oversee linen management, ensure a fire and accident risk-free environment, and support a variety of resident activities. No prior experience or qualifications are required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to residents’ homes and communal living spaces.
  • Manage housekeeping operations, ensuring linen is clean and available for residents’ comfort and hygiene.
  • Identify and mitigate potential fire and accident risks, working with other teams to protect resident safety.
  • Support residents with personal care needs and participate in activities such as arts and crafts, gardening, shopping trips and social events.
