Harbour Healthcare Ltd is seeking a General Maintenance operative to support the Care Centre’s upkeep. You will undertake general maintenance tasks, including minor electrical, plumbing and joinery work, maintain exterior areas and gardens, and ensure all area signage and lighting are in good order.
You will be responsible for safety compliance, fire alarm tests, and keeping a Maintenance Book, while coordinating with the Home Manager on repairs and deliveries.
