We are on the hunt in Glossop for our next amazing Care Assistants! Our Care teams are the superheroes of the business, supporting our residents and providing peace of mind to families that their loved ones are in the best of care. You do not need previous experience or qualifications – we’ll train you.

Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with personal care needs.
  • Assist residents in participating in activities such as arts and crafts, watching football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions to support their health and wellbeing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the care home environment.
  • Collaborate with other care staff and health professionals to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Please note that all our positions require an Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults. No formal qualifications are required; knowledge and passion for caring are what we value most.
