Care Assistant (Days)

Shift pattern: 2 × 12‑hour shifts (24 hrs)

Location: Woodlands Care Home, 4 Wigan Road, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 3RJ

Responsibilities

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Residents are individuals and deserve individualized care. Typical duties include:

  • Providing support with personal care needs
  • Assisting with participation in a range of special interests and activities that support health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions
