Harbour Healthcare is seeking an experienced and organised Care Home Administrator to join our friendly team at Brockwell Court Care Home in Consett. Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll information using the Careblox system.
  • Maintaining accurate employee and resident records, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Monitoring and updating compliance systems, including NMDS and training platforms.
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including application processing, pre-employment checks, onboarding, and training administration.
  • Managing filing systems and maintaining confidential records.
  • Answering telephone enquiries and liaising with residents, relatives, professionals, and external agencies.
  • Taking accurate minutes at meetings.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, letters, and emails.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Home Manager and wider management team.
