Harbour Healthcare Limited is seeking a Regional Manager (Care Homes) to lead a portfolio of care homes across West and South Yorkshire.
You will provide direct line management to Home Managers, drive quality, performance and customer satisfaction, and build strong relationships with external regulators.
Candidates should have at least 3 years regional/multi-site experience, an NMC Pin, and be comfortable with KPI reviews, audits and governance.
