Purpose of Role:
To provide general human resources administrative and analytical support including providing accurate and confidential data/communication in support of global reward and benefits activities.
Critical Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSES Procedures.
Ethics and Compliance Responsibilities:
Ensure that all activities and behaviours are carried out in accordance with Harbour Energy’s Ethics and Compliance Policies and Procedures, and to complete any compulsory compliance training as required.
Areas of Accountability, Responsibility and Competence:

  • Coordinate central reward and benefits communications and act as an initial focal point for global compensation queries from local centres of excellence.
  • Develop global reward and benefits data analytics/dashboards in conjunction with the Strategy and Planning and team
  • Review and formally document reward processes, working with relevant global stakeholders for their input
  • Working in conjunction with HRIS, People Analytics and local Reward teams to
  • Ensure HRIS is updated maintained accurately with compensation data by conducting regular data audits
  • Focal point and subject matter expert on the HRIS compensation module ensuring that the data input and output is correct and aligned with global policies.
  • Maintaining workflows
  • Maintenance of Pay Ranges
  • Supporting knowledge sharing and training activities within local business units
  • Owner of the Value Recognition Award Programme within the HRIS ensuring global consistency and statistical output
  • Ability to draw insight from usage and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Maintain and proactively update Global Reward Information on the company intranet and global induction alongside any supporting documentation/ appendices
  • Centrally collate and analyse reward insight and data from Business Units, identifying trends and highlighting any areas for action
  • Coordination of job evaluation panels and supporting document packs in conjunction with Senior Reward Adviser and Compensation and Benefits Manager
  • Any other reasonable duty as per instruction by your manager.

Critical Skills, Qualifications, Experience, etc.:

  • Demonstrable experience working in HR and specifically Reward
  • Highly organised and numerate
  • A high level of integrity, ethics, with strong attention to detail
  • Must be advanced level in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Able to produce data analytics from Excel using formulas and pivot tables.
  • IT literate with knowledge of, and ability to competently use HR systems and all other internal systems and databases. SAP Successfactors experienced preferred.
  • Ability to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver when under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to deal confidently and professionally with all stakeholders
