Harbor’s Edge/Fort Norfolk Retirement Community in Norfolk, VA, seeks a Maintenance Technician I (Generalist) for a full-time role to keep our senior living campus safe and welcoming. You will perform routine maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting, respond to requests, conduct preventative care, inspect facilities, assist with unit turnovers, and ensure safety compliance while supporting residents and staff.
