Harborough District Council’s vision is to work with communities in a vibrant, safe and prosperous district and to bring the best opportunities to all. We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic person to join our vibrant Democratic Services Team. The role sits at the centre of the Council’s governance and decision making process and is crucial to the smooth and effective running of the Council.
You will be responsible for supporting the Council’s democratic structure and functions through the administration of Council and Committee meetings and decision making, including providing direct support to the Overview and Scrutiny Panels. You’ll provide advice and support to elected members and officers at all levels as well as supporting the team with wider governance projects.
