Harbor is seeking a Microsoft Azure Lead Consultant to join our dynamic Legal Technology & Operations – Applications Management Services team. This hybrid position can be executed in either Belfast or London.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and resolving issues within client production environments (business as usual).
  • Improving configuration and processes for clients based on changing needs (continual improvement).
  • Carry out regular proactive monitoring on client systems.
  • Assist clients and team members with production issues, data or process related.
  • Provide regular concise client updates when resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with technology providers and clients to resolve defects.
  • Support integrations with third‑party applications.
  • Reconcile data across various systems.
  • Gain knowledge to become proficient in supported applications and business processes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to execute planned changes to client implementation components.
  • Execute test plans to validate outcomes from continuous improvement items.
  • Document small changes and communicate back to the client.
  • Actively participate in deployment of changes.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data & Analytics, Finance or Business.
  • Understanding of the implementation process including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management.
  • Strong observational, analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent teamwork skills, positive, enthusiastic attitude, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Competent in problem solving, customer‑focus, communication, collaboration, punctuality.
  • Experience with the MS Azure platform.
  • Knowledge of service bus architecture.
  • Experience building logic apps.
  • Understanding of Azure functions (C#).
  • Proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST/ODATA APIs.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of Intapp Risk, Time and CRM products (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of Practice Management Systems e.g., Elite3E, Aderant (advantageous).
