The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Carers to join our team. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, we would love to hear from you.

Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help residents with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate medication records.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including tidying rooms and communal areas.
  • Participate in care planning and attend staff meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for residents.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is preferred.
  • A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is an advantage.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care.
  • Must have working rights in the UK.
