We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Panel Fitter to join our growing team. As a Solar Panel Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation and assembly of solar panel systems on residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops and other structures according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Assemble mounting hardware and electrical components to ensure proper installation and functionality of solar energy systems.
- Perform measurements and layout tasks to accurately place solar panels for optimal energy production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation, such as electrical connections or structural integrity.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify system performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation, including system diagrams and installation reports.
- Provide on-site training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of installed solar panel systems.
