We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in West Bromwich. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in commercial concrete, industrial floors, and groundworks. You will play a critical role in managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year
- Prepare and analyze project tenders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to determine the scope of works and project requirements.
- Manage project costs, ensuring that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
- Prepare detailed estimates for all phases of the project.
