We are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare, a genuine passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents with varying needs, including those with learning disabilities, dementia, and autism.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meal times, and social interactions.
- Administer medications and ensure proper documentation in line with healthcare regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health and well-being.
- Participate in care planning and review meetings.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must hold a work permit visa with no restrictions to work in the UK.
- Previous experience as a senior support worker or in a similar role within a care home/nursing home setting.
- Strong understanding of the needs of residents with learning disabilities, dementia, and autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
No sponsorship is available for this position. Preferred candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to Streatham.
