Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily activities and errands.
- Ensure clients\’ comfort and well-being.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
- Monitor and record clients\’ health and progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
