We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team of our client in a care home located in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in a DOM Care within the UK and hold a bachelor's degree in any field. Must have a valid driving license and car.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Making beds and ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, including pulse and temperature.
- Supporting the healthcare team with operations and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a DOM Care.
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Strong skills in healthcare operations, bed making, patient bathing, and monitoring vital signs.
- 3 years of Tier-2 sponsorship in Care Home.
Opportunity to work with a grade A employer. Attractive salary (GBP 11.00 to 14 an hour) for 44 hours a week + opportunity to work overtime.
